Instructions for Client File Access

Click on the link below to enter the Thames Street Capital Group FTP site where you can log in to download and upload project files. You can access your project folders only through the username and password we provide you.

To start, enter ftp://ftp.thamesstreetcapitalgroup.com in your internet browser address bar. For further instruction, see below.

Username and password:

  • Usernames and passwords are case sensitive.
  • Your usernamed must end with @thamesstreetcapitalgroup.com.

Internet Explorer users:

  • Internet Explorer will likely return an "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" error. To open the site from this page, select the "Page" dropdown menu from the top right of your IE toolbar and choose "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer." Screenshot.
  • Once you open the FTP Site, you will see 2 existing files/ folders. Ignore them. You still need to log in to access your project files.
  • To log in, select the "File" dropdown menu from the top left of your IE toolbar and choose "Login As..." A pop-up screen will walk you through the login process.
  • Do not check the box for "Logon anonymously." You can check the box for "Save password" and then bookmark the FTP site when you are logged in for easy future access.

Firefox users:

  • Firefox allows FTP interface through its FireFTP Add-on. You must install the Add-on before you can log in to access your project files. Go to "Tools/Add-ons" and install it (and restart Firefox per the instructions).
  • Open FireFTP ("Tools/FireFTP").
  • On the top left, you will see a dropdown menu. Choose the "Create an account" menu. On the "Main" tab, fill in the Host as ftp://ftp.thamesstreetcapitalgroup.com, your username, and your password. Screenshot.
  • Do not check the box for "Anonymous."
  • Once you click OK, return to the top left of your screen, select the name of the account you just created, and click "Connect." Your project folders should show up on the right side of the split screen.
